Main Components

Cabinet Section

Consists of the cabinet body, doors, and panels, providing housing for electrical components, weatherproofing, ventilation, and personnel protection.

Master Control Section

Includes the electrical parameter acquisition module, touchscreen display monitor, current transformers, main controller, power supply, and control cables. Their primary function is to collect operating data of the pump, analyze the data, and control the speed of the pumping unit. The touchscreen display monitor provides a user-friendly interface for clear visualization of the pump's operating data, making operation more convenient and intuitive.

Master Control Section

The touchscreen display employs specialized embedded configuration software, serving as a crucial component of the system. Its primary function is to facilitate the exchange of information and communication between users and the system. Through this interface, operators can easily monitor the system's operational status, including its various states, data, fault alerts, parameter configurations, and data export capabilities.

Technical Features

The electrical parameter acquisition module collects electrical parameter data from the input and output terminals of the frequency converter and sends it to the main controller through the communication interface. The main controller performs big data computation, determines the operating status of the pumping unit through edge computing, controls the output frequency of the frequency converter, and adjusts the pumping unit's stroke rate to control the dynamic fluid level, achieving intelligent operation.

On-site operation only requires pressing the original frequency converter start/stop operation. The display includes electrical parameters such as voltage, current, power, power factor, and cumulative electricity consumption. It can predict and display the liquid production and dynamic liquid level of a single well. It can calculate the Indicator diagram based on the collected electrical parameter data. The operation mode can be switched between manual and automatic modes. It can provide well-related information, including rod loss, belt breakage, start/stop of the motor, overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, communication failure, etc.
